BlowView respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Reporting infringement
If you believe that content available on BlowView infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The specific URL or location of the material you claim is infringing.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Where to send notices
Submit takedown notices to our copyright agent at dmca@blowview.com. We aim to review and act on valid notices promptly.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, BlowView will restrict or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
